1998 Summer wrap up

• Pretty incredible that your goalie was chosen for the all-star game!

• Have you seen the stats (as of 8-16-98)? Dan Magro is the third best ranked goalie out of the eight goalies in our division with a .831 saves percentage!

• How Can this be?
  I heard we lost all those games because the goalie sucks? Or maybe is it because we scored the FEWEST goals of ALL eight teams? (I know, I know, my fault too!)

• I hope you're all proud of yourselves for the way you've handled this new team deal. I had to find out about it from the hockey office.

• I don't think it's anything personal, I suppose this is just the way you deal with everyone.

It would be different if I treated all of you like shit and deserved this.
There are a few to whom this message doesn't apply and they know who they are.

Late update.
Even after playing a first game for my regular club and coming back immediately to play as a substitute for the Wings against the Rangers (ex Brewskis), they STILL didn't win!
You'd have thought for SURE that with ME playing for the other team the Rangers would have slaughtered us!
I took 28 shots from the Rangers and allowed 2 goals.
That's a .929 saves percentage.

What the NEW reason for losing?
